After more than a decade in development, Shallotte Riverwalk has opened to our citizens of Brunswick County. The Riverwalk consists of a quarter mile Boardwalk, 2 gazebos at each end and beautiful views of the Shallotte River. We expect to see the property continue to be developed in the future and we are excited for what is ahead!

Wildlife that you might see while enjoying the Boardwalk- Blue Heron, Eagle, Spot, Flounder, Alligator (we named him Shally), and more!

** Please do not feed the wildlife**

The Riverfront is handicap accessible.

Parking - there are several gravel lots on site for parking. Handicap parking is available.

Riverwalk will be open Dawn to Dusk

Open to the public

Dogs must be on a leash at all times

No smoking under the gazebos

Fishing is allowed at this time- please do not cut on the wood or fish under the gazebos.
