Burn Ban - 06.30.25
SHALLOTTE, N.C. – Effective at 5 p.m. Monday, June 30, 2025, a burn ban has been issued for the Town of Shallotte due to fire danger conditions.
During the burn ban, all burning within 100 feet of any structure is prohibited within the Town of Shallotte and it’s strongly advised not to use of fireworks during the burn ban.
The burn ban will remain in place until conditions improve. The Town of Shallotte will send out a notice when it is lifted and/or to communicate any necessary safety updates related to the burn ban.
