• You reserve the shelter for a specific time, but bathrooms, playground, and surrounding areas are shared public spaces

🏠 Mulberry Community Center
📍 149 Mulberry St.
• Indoor space (renovated former church—full of charm!)
• Comfortably holds 50–60 people
• Tables & chairs included
• 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen area with fridge & sink
💲 Rental Fee: $150
💲 Refundable Deposit: $100 (returned if no damages)
